Welcome to RelayCut. By purchasing and downloading RelayCut, you agree to the following terms. RelayCut is a downloadable software product (a "proxy server") designed to be self-hosted by the purchaser.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RelayCut source code for your own personal or commercial projects. You may deploy RelayCut on any number of servers you own or control.
We offer a 14-day conditional refund. If you can demonstrate that the product fails to fulfill the specific features listed in the "What RelayCut Can Do" section of our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through the Support Portal in your dashboard using the "Refund Request" option, along with proof of the unfulfilled functionality.
We take your privacy seriously. We collect your email address solely for the purpose of authentication, sending you future software updates, and managing your purchase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
RelayCut is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will be compatible with all third-party SMTP providers indefinitely.
In no event shall RelayCut or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
